Playable species
Though this is an all animal roleplay, there are certain restrictions when choosing certain animals. For example, choosing a species like a ladybug have a short life span, ergo it won't have a long adventure. For certain types of aquatic life, they are unable to live on dryland, limiting where they can go. Not to mention that some of them have a memory span of three seconds. I suggest that you do background checks on the animal that you want to roleplay as. Here are some suggested species to get you started, but you're not limited to it
-Canines
-Felines
-Birds
-reptiles
-amphibians
-Marsupials
The animals are sorta like anthros, but they still keep their animal anatomy. That means females don't have breast! Think of the Cat's Return, I'll show you an example
They still keep their feline form and anatomy while doing things such as walking on their hindquarters. This counts for all quadruped animals.
The Divines
The divines bask in their knowledge and like in the past, they were embarrassed about being naked(somewhat naked that is) and wear a lot of clothing. That means dresses, shirts, pants, hats, and accessories. None of them wear shoes though because it limits their ability to walk and such. Most divine members are high class citizens, and since they're territory is rich with prey life and good for farming, many don't have have a problem with finding food. As for hair, that can be unlimited, they can have none, tufts, or full scale hair! But they can't have horns or wings unless it's artificially made. For weapons, they carry things like guns and high-tech equipment, as they are still developing new machines.
The Divine Syndicates
They mostly walk on all fours if they're quadruped animals. So rarely do they wear clothes for their body, and usually wear accessories like hats, scarves, and etc. They have adequate living conditions, having plenty in the warm seasons and just barely in the cold seasons. Again, no horns or wings. For weapons, they use hand made weapons, such as axes, swords, and bows. Just like the Divines, they can have none, tufts, or full scale hair. The Divine Syndicates strive for peace for the groups, so that one day they can be reunited. The old leader Quentin strived for this, but with the people wanting different things, the fate of the Divine Syndicates is uncertain.
The Syndicates
The Syndicates go completely bare, and since they live near the mountains it's harder for all of the animals to get food there, no matter what season. But the Syndicates have learned to ration and survive. They go for a more tribal look, such as facial painting, wooden jewelry and tribal piercings. They do body paints too, but those are for animals who have a higher standard in the group. The most hair they can have is tufts on their heads. They go all natural with weapons, using their teeth and claws for fights with their enemies and sometimes add things they find in the mountains to their advantage, hence why sometimes they get a disadvantage when fighting with the divines. The Syndicates are mostly carnivores, because the area lacks of farming land or grass for herbivores to feast on, unless the animal is used to the environment.
Orilath
In the beginning, they were basically demon parasites, taking the host of a newly dead animal so the body is still fresh. The reason the Orilath have to use a body of an animal is because they can't go outside their territory in their true form without it damaging them because of the surrounding aura. Now, they are able to breed from the host and create new demon children. All bare the same attributes, the sclera(white part of the eye) is completely black and all of them have different shaped horns. The older the demon, the longer the horns. The inside of their mouths are different colors too. When a demon is threatened, they will ditch their body and release their 'true form', which is basically a ghost version of their body. The Orilath have magical powers instead of using weapons, having certain elementals. Some Orilath have grown the ability to use wings, but those are far and few. In their ghost forms they float, so it's rather pointless. The Orilath get stronger as the chaos of the country gets stronger, enabling them to attack creatures. The Orilath can't feel any emotions, as all of them are stoic by nature. Though some of them can act as if they have emotions, fooling many creatures. Once in a while a demon parasite can take over a body that's alive, but that usually backfires on them as personalities clash inside of the body. But this allows them to travel to any territory without the negative effect. They say the only way to kill a Orilath is to make it reveal it's true form and to kill the parasite shell attached to it's back, hence why they don't reveal it so often.

Spirits
They're pure deities that were believed to be extincted when the humans were alive, but now thrive in their territory. The list includes dragons, griffins, unicorns, and other mythical beasts. The Spirits' job is to keep the balance of the new world in check making sure the divines don't do a redo of the humans, and that the Orilath don't overstep their boundaries. Like the Orilath, they too have magical powers and elementals. The fault is that they can't go into different territory unless it's their territory or the free territories because of the amount of aura in the environment. Instead some of them send dreams to the animals, unfortunately, the ones that did have often failed, hence why the divines and the syndicates exist. Neither of the Orilath or Spirits wear clothes. Every once in a while, a normal animal can go through a transition of being a spirit, a rare and honored occurrence. The creature has to go to the Academy of Deepoak in order to prepare themselves for the change. The change can be anything, from their tongues being forked to them having two tails. The good part about this change is that they don't have to use books or staffs for any magic they use. The bad news is that if they had family, they can never go back home because of the aura and must live in either the spirits' territory or in free land from now on.
